1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at kautilyaenterprises.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Kautilya Enterprises and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website and projects developed before final handover.
3. Development & Payments
All development contracts require an upfront deposit as stated in our formal proposals. Source code and intellectual property of the final product are released exclusively to the client upon full payment of the agreed final invoice. Kautilya Enterprises retains the right to display completed projects within our portfolio unless an NDA is explicitly signed.
4. Warranties and Technical Support
We provide a standard 30 to 90 days of free technical support post-launch for debugging and stabilization. This warranty does not cover feature additions, third-party API deprecations, or modifications made by external developers after code handover.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
